The service
The site gives general information and a phone number that connects you with independent restoration contractors. It does not perform restoration, cleaning, repair or inspection work, and it is not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.
Information on the site
Guides summarize public sources as of the date shown and link to them. Rules, phone numbers and programs change. Check the linked source, your insurer and your city before acting. Nothing here is legal, insurance or safety advice for your specific situation.
Contractors
Contractors are independent businesses. Their prices, schedules, licences, insurance and work are their own responsibility. Check them before you hire.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the site's operator is not liable for losses arising from the use of the site or from work done by any contractor you reach through it.
